At RoboPower, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If when you get it home and the item is not complete, or is faulty please contact our Head Office (03 57821408) within 7 days of the purchase and notify us of the problem so that we can offer a replacement. All returned product should be accompanied with a copy of valid invoice/receipt.
If you change your mind about the purchase you must notify Head Office (03 57821408) within 5 days and the product must be unopened in its original packaging and unused to be eligible for refund of the purchase price. On receipt of the goods we will inspect and assess whether a full refund can be made. We do not pay return postage or refund initial postage costs with any refunds.We will refund goods by the same method of purchase. To the same account.
If the product is returned for a refund after being used You must contact the Head Office (03 57821408) prior to sending within 30 days. Notify us of the reason for return so that we can 1. Assess if a refund is valid. 2. Note that these goods are being returned. 3. Notify the purchaser of the conditions of return for the goods. On receipt of the goods in their original packaging and with all components cleaned. We will inspect and if goods comply with above, refund the purchase price. We will not refund freight or postage costs.
We cannot offer a refund where the product has sustained damage due to any wilful or accidental damage or abnormal use. Where there is no fault found requiring refund credit or exchange by us, the product will be returned to you at your cost.
Please note,If the item being returned is damaged {not in original condition} dirty and or pads unclean. A fee or cost may apply to replace dirty or damaged Parts/pads. (Health and Hygiene reasons apply) This will be deducted
